Staying committed to the Club’s Mission and Vision Statement is crucial to the growth and financial health of Long Cove Club. Investing in our community will only enhance the membership experience, increase our property values and position Long Cove Club as a top Club in the country – attracting prospective members. The Long Cove Club Board of Directors stays committed to evolving the club to stay present with modern times, but also maintain our current assets and amenities to the highest standards.

Strategic Plan Update
The Long Range Planning Committee and Board of Directors are reflecting on the current Strategic Plan and creating updates for a new Strategic Plan for the Community. The Board, Committees and Management have spent countless hours identifying strategic opportunities to improve our amenities and enhance the member experience.
In April, we completed several Community Engagement Sessions along with gathering feedback from the Membership. In total, we heard from 315 Members representing over 200 households. A Town Hall took place on Monday, June 12 where all pillars of the Strategic Plan were discussed along with the results from the Community Engagement Sessions.
