their guests who have a GHIN handicap.
Schedule of Events
Thursday, October 5
Practice Round: Make your own tee times
6:00 pm: Welcome Reception, Cocktails,
Heavy Hors d’oeuvres, Betting, Team Photos
Mardi Gras attire is encouraged
Friday, October 6
10:00 am: Registration Opens
10:30 am – 11:30 pm: Brunch
Noon: Shotgun Start
4:30 – 6:00 pm: IBKUL + Royal and Albartross Shoes Trunk Show, Cocktail Party, Appetizers and Skills Contest
Saturday, October 7
7:30 am: Continental Buffet Breakfast
9:00 am: Shotgun Start
1:30 pm (approx.): Luncheon and Awards
Format
Day One: Two person 18-hole better ball (85% of handicap index)
Day Two: “Ringer” (improve on previous day score)
Mulligans: Two mulligans may be purchased for $20 and used either day by either player anywhere on the course except for closest to the pin contest.
Course Events: Closest to the pin on par threes for guests and members. A pot of gold each day.
Betting: Bet on your favorite teams on Thursday Night!

Tournament Gifts:
Please fill out the required information in the online invitation so we can collect sizes. Sizes are due by September 11.
What’s Included:
3 days of golf on our beautiful golf course – Including a cart.
Tee gift & cart gifts for all participants.
Themed welcome party with entertainment, dinner & dancing.
Scrumptious brunch before first round. Skills contest, & appetizers following golf.
Breakfast before final round. Lunch & awards following golf.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will be accepted through August 15. After that, if your team cannot be replaced, you will receive your tee gifts, but only a partial refund. If you cancel after September 15, we cannot issue a refund, but you will receive the tee gifts.
