Our biggest and most popular men’s event of the year is back for 2023! The event kicks off on Thursday, September 21 with registration, practice round and player’s reception followed by tournament rounds on Friday & Saturday, September 22-23.

Format
Five nine-hole matches within flights of six teams.
Flights determined by the combined handicap of the two partners (with the adjusted handicaps – see below). Handicaps assigned in the competition will be from the September 19 handicap update.
Maximum handicap differential allowed between partners is 10 shots.
If you have not done so, please indicate the set of tees that you would prefer to play by emailing Bob Patton at bpatton@longcoveclub.com no later than September 15.
Members and guests do not have to play from the same set of tees. In order to qualify for a set of tees other than white, the player must have a minimum of 80% (20) of his most recent 25 posted scores at LCC from the tees selected to play. For guests to qualify, the same criteria will be applied with the requirement that scores posted must be from a similar yardage and course rating to the tees selected. Qualifying players will have their handicaps adjusted accordingly for the competition as provided in Rule 3-5 of the USGA Handicap System.
