2025 Schedule of Fees

Initiation Fee: $50,000

2025 Annual Dues: $19,515
The annual dues allows property owners unlimited use of the community amenities and includes traditional HOA/POA type fees.

On some properties, there may be a small outstanding Special Assessment for the Golf Teaching Center. Please call to check if there is an assessment balance on a property you are considering purchasing.

MINIMUMS
There are no Food & Beverage minimums at Long Cove Club!

MARINA
There is no additional fee for a boat slip, personal watercraft or kayak/paddle board storage. Space is limited. Marina can accommodate boats up to 40′.

Golf: Immediate Family Guest $50 / Guest with Member $125
