2026 Schedule of Fees

Initiation Fee: $75,000

2026 Annual Dues: $20,867
The annual dues allows property owners unlimited use of the community amenities and includes traditional HOA/POA type fees.

Special Assessment
The Clubhouse will undergo an Enhancement Project starting in July 2026. For each property, there is a $7,866 assessment. The majority of properties have opted to pay in a lump sum, but some may be paying monthly for 8 years with interest.

MARINA
There is no additional fee for a boat slip, personal watercraft or kayak/paddle board storage. Space is limited. Marina can accommodate boats up to 40′.

MINIMUMS
There are no Food & Beverage
minimums at Long Cove Club!
