The Long Cove Club Charitable Golf Classic had another successful event! The tournament raised over $63,000 which will go directly to the LCC Community Endowment and Charitable Funds to be used for grants to help nonprofits serving the areas of health, hunger, housing and education. A special THANK YOU to everyone who helped make this event possible including Co-Chairs, Geoff and Dee Lyon and the Long Cove Club staff!

We had 92 golfers and 128 people who attended the dinner for the event. Congratulations to our winners, Bill & Diana McGlocklin and Jeffrey & Orysia Meyers.

The mission of the Long Cove Club Charitable Advisory Committee (LCCCAC) is to encourage and support charitable giving by the Members of the Long Cove Club Community and to provide grants in support of current needs in the areas of health, housing, hunger and education in Beaufort and Jasper Counties, and the surrounding areas. The Committee will distribute 2017 grants at the LCCCAC Grants Awards Presentation on Tuesday, September 19 from 5-7 pm at the Long Cove Clubhouse.
